Rates are based on camera-ready artwork. All photographs should be 300 DPI or greater. All half tones should be 85-line screen. We are unable to guarantee the results of reverse, burns and fine print. Ads rarely float and will be re-bordered to fit the correct size.
Savvy Woman is published bimonthly and is available free of charge to readers in authorized public and private properties with permission, or by subscription for a fee. Savvy Woman is protected by U.S. Trademark and Copyright Law - All Rights Reserved. No part of Savvy Woman may be reproduced without the written permission of the publisher.
Savvy Woman is not responsible for any editorial comment other than its own, typographical errors from ads submitted as camera-ready or any reproductions or ad submitted as camera-ready. If an ad does not meet our standards of acceptance, we may revise or cancel it at any time, whether it has been already acknowledged and/or previously published.
The advertiser assumes sole responsibility for all statements contained in submitted copy and will protect and indemnify Savvy Woman , its owners and employees against any and all liability, loss or expense arising out of claims for libel, unfair trade names, patents, copyrights and proprietary rights, on all violations of the right of privacy or other violations resulting form the publication by this newspaper of its advertising copy.
Publisher shall not be liable by reason of error, omission and/or failure to insert any part of an advertisement. Advertiser has sole responsibility for final proofing of ad and/or editorial copy. Publisher will not be liable for delay or failure in performance in publishing, and/or distribution of all or any portion if an issue is delayed or suspended for any reason.
Each issue of Savvy Woman will be distributed by the 15th of the issue date with the exception of a disaster of act of God which would prohibit production or distribution.
The publisher will exercise reasonable judgment in these instances and will make adjustments for the advertiser where and when appropriate. All submitted editorial copy may be published gratis to the publisher in any future issue of Savvy Woman.
